Lynn Boop

Lynn Boop has been an educator for 32 years. She has been a school administrator for over 21 years in both elementary and middle school. Prior to working as an administrator, Lynn taught elementary school.

As an educator, it has always been Lynn’s goal to create an environment for children that encourages a love of learning – to make their school experience engaging, relevant and, yes, even fun!

Lynn was the founding school director at iLEAD Lancaster and served in that role for three years. In her current role as Leadership Support Director, she works with the school directors and the central office team to provide resources, coaching and ensure ongoing communication in keeping with the culture of iLEAD Schools.

Lynn attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies. She received her masters degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at California State University, Northridge.
